Pole Position has many articles online, some of which are on sale or pre-ordered. The products that are discounted are often the last in their piece or no longer in perfect condition. These products may therefore differ slightly from a new product (missing or damaged packaging). If products are discounted more than usual, Pole Position reserves the right to cancel your order on the basis of typing errors or similar incidents.

There are also products in the pre-orders category. These products are often popular and are expected in the future. Often there is an estimated delivery time with pre-orders. This date is often an indication given by the manufacturer/supplier. Pole Position is not responsible if this date is not met, Pole Position is only the recipient of these products. You can order pre-orders via the website in the usual way, but you must also pay for the product in full. In this way Pole Position can guarantee that you will receive your pre-order. If you cancel a pre-order, but later decide that you want the item again, you will end up at the back of the queue.
