Shipping & Returns

Pole Position tries to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We use reusable boxes as much as possible and we also recycle protective material. Once your order has been processed at the post office, Pole Position cannot change this. If you do not wish to receive an order while it has already been sent, you must refuse it at the door.

Orders can be returned, provided that the original packaging is still around it and all clothing labels are still attached. Before returning an order, please call Pole Position on 023-573 73 55. Returns should always be accompanied by an instruction of your wish to receive a different size or if you want a different product.
